Breaking News: PSG Stars Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, And Neymar Step Out At Charity Gala For Team-Mate Presnel Kimpembe

The big men at Paris Saint-Germain, Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos and Neymar step out at charity gala for team-mate Presnel Kimpembe, amid the rumors of discontent following vice-captaincy controversy, as pressure ramps up on Ligue 1 leaders.

Presnel Kimpembe contradicted PSG manager Christopher Galtier on Instagram. Earlier this week, Kimpembe said he was unaware of losing the vice-captaincy.

Lionel Messi is also said to be considering his future with the Parisian giants.

Paris Saint-Germain‘s stars turned out in force at a charity gala in the French capital on Thursday night amid speculation surrounding Lionel Messi‘s future and the vice-captaincy saga.

Neymar, Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, Marquinhos and Marco Verratti were just some of the stars spotted at the event for Strong3r, the charity set up by defender, Presnel Kimpembe.

The second iteration of the gala took place with the aim of raising money through auctions of various sporting memorabilia from French national team and PSG superstars.

It has been a busy week for Kimpembe, who took to Instagram to explain he wasn’t informed of being stripped of the vice-captaincy in favour of Kylian Mbappe.

Following the back-and-forth, Galtier held ‘showdown talks’ with the 27-year-old academy graduate.

It follows on from speculation that Lionel Messi – who was also snubbed for the deputy position – is considering his future with the club.

The recent World Cup winner reportedly has ‘doubts over signing a new deal’ following his triumph in Qatar.

The social media post directly contradicted PSG manager Christophe Galtier’s comments this week that the decision was made at the beginning of this season.
