Things are getting out of hand for Portuguese professional footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo ever since he had an interview with British journalist Piers Morgan.

Cristiano Ronaldo set to be handed FA punishment for improper conduct. The Former Manchester United star Cristiano Ronaldo is set to be handed a hefty fine and a ban by the Football Association.

After the interview with Piers Morgan, Manchester United management decided to cut ties with Cristiano Ronaldo after disrespecting his team manager Erik ten Hag heavily.

As per the Mirror, Ronaldo could face a two-match ban and a fine of $50,000 following his improper conduct after the game against Everton.

The captain of the Portugal national team was caught on camera smashing the phone of an Everton fan during Manchester United’s Premier League clash against the Toffees at Goodison Park earlier this season.

Following the incident, Ronaldo apologized to the fan on social media and invited him to a game at Old Trafford.

Following the incident, if Cristiano Ronaldo signs for a Premier League club after the World Cup, he would be banned for two games.

There has been a shocking link with  Manchester United’s bitter rivals, Liverpool, as well. Ronaldo might consider playing for Liverpool as he will be faced to take a definitive decision on his future after the ongoing World Cup.
