Sakafia Islamic Senior High is an Islamic Faith based school that was established in 2003. The school was absorbed into the Public sector in 2013. The school is located at Ayigya, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
The school gives quality Islamic and secular education to students from all over Ghana. The school has adequate infrastructure and it is located in the center of the city.
