J. E. Atta Mills Senior High School is an educational institution located at Ekumfi Otuam in the Central Region of Ghana. On September 17, 2015, the first community Day senior high school was inaugurated at Otuam the hometown of the late Prof. John Evans Atta Mills.
President John Mahama also unveiled a statue of the late President JEA Mills at the newly constructed school. The school is a mixed school. And is also a Day and Hostel.
Is the vision of the school to be a center of excellence in academics, morals, sports, and community service. The school is to train academically yet humble and hardworking students, well-equipped with the requisite knowledge skills, and attitudes that will enable them to function effectively in a globalized world.
Is the mission of the school to provide a serene and congenial academic environment for effective teaching and learning where students can unearth and develop their hidden talents and be proud of their achievements.
